Controller and purpose
UNIVR Co., Ltd. processes information to receive and respond to product installation, demonstration and partnership inquiries.
Information collected
Required: name, email, inquiry type and message, consent time and chosen language. Optional: facility/company and country/region. Non-identifying hashes are processed to limit duplicates and abuse.
Retention and deletion
Inquiry information is retained for up to one year after submission, then deleted. You can request earlier deletion at ceo.kwak@univrworld.com.
Systems and your choices
The website uses Vercel and inquiries are stored in Supabase. Submitting a form is optional. Without consent, the online form cannot be processed; you can contact us by email. Access, correction or deletion requests: ceo.kwak@univrworld.com.
